“Martinez Auto Body provided excellent customer service and were very kind and considerate. After having my vehicle nearly totaled by an underage, unlicensed, uninsured driver - I was without my vehicle from January to August. I had THE most horrible experience with my-then second rate insurance company (American Alliance) who could care less about my claim, much less answer the customer service line. From the very first phone encounter with Martinez Auto in July, I began to feel like things were turning in my favor. Arnie and Eddie were so professional, pleasant and kind - and I really appreciated that. They kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was updated on the progress of my car. Well, just when I thought things couldn’t get much better than this, I got the call that my car was ready to be picked up. What a pleasant, pleasant surprise! “Body shop work was performed professionally and timely. I was always informed of the progress of the repair and any parts issues that occurred. Any delays that we experienced was generally due to disagreements between the shop and my insurance company over OEM and refurbished parts and I was even included in those conversations. Bottom line, repairs were excellent without question. We are very pleased.”
“Overall they did a good job with my bumper. It looks clean and new. In fixing the bumper they had to remove the tail light. When they re installed it back, it stopped working. They re-taped my wires in an attempt to fix but that didn’t work. I ended up needing to hire a mechanic to fix. My main issue was that they never called me to tell me about the issue. It was noted in my file but I was never informed. But overall good job on the bumper.”
