The store was clean. The guy who helped was quite polite. And seemed knowledgeable about the phones for sale on the floor. Though of course his main goal seemed to be selling my sister a phone. Whn we were actually there to have a different phone..one she already owned activated. none of the phone covers 9n display had prices on them. Nor did they say the kinds of phone they were for. To me? All these things put together can? can only mean that the clerk is supposed to tell you the "best" cover for ur phone. And then strive to give u the "best" price. Suddenly I felt like I was at a car dealership with a salesman wearing a 3 thousand dollar suit and Rolex staring over my shoulder and tsk tsking my car choice. The one I chose? Fits perfectly into my budget..and according to my research ? Is the best by for my money? But won't give him much commission. So? He keeps trying to push me toward the BRAND NEW car...that he is sure he can MAKE FIT in my budget. Boost has killer rates for cell service.. and really good coverage. .but quite a few of their shops are set up for the "hard sell" this? Is one of them. I encouraged her to leave before the guy tried to current fashion, and monthly payment her into a 1200 phone. That after financing would have cost her almost 2K. I ve seen it happen to other people and i am very glad she saw his pupils turn into cartoon dollar signs when he started showing her new phones available with her upgrade and "just a few dollars more. Really? The Note 20+? Just a few dollars more? Cold Day in Hell.

I recently had gotten a phone and it needed to be activated. I came here and the guy about 55yrs old automatically says 30 bucks!!. I was ready to run out the door, until i said i payed $10 at another Boost. Then he said $15, so i settled. After being with Boost Mobile for over 5yrs and im still trying to get robbed.....no wonder this place is dead!

Counter man was uninterested in helping me. He told me they did not sell I phones with a big sign saying they did. I went down the street to Metro PC. They are great and where very happy to take my money.
