Catholic charities services in Hammond Indiana are not helpful. They're listed as open online but you are not allowed to leave a message to anyone. This has been going on for months and months. I'm going to contact social media for assistance because no one here isn't offering any help at all. So Heartless and they're getting paid to stay at home safely with their families.

If your in need of help, and are looking for a place that might help with financial situations. I'm sorry to tell you, this is NOT the place! I've been trying to get help from them since November! So far all I get is "call back some other time." I'm done asking them for help. They were good for nothing. Now unfortunately I'm getting kicked out.

The lady that I spoke to this morning was very rude. I was calling to ask a question pertaining to their Christmas giveaway for Christmas baskets. before I can get the sentence out of my mouth she shouted at me. She also hung up on me after saying that lady that handles that won't be in until after 1. Telling me to call back then.before I can say OK or anything else she just hung up. Very rude and nasty some people don't deserve the job that they have. If you dislike your job or dislike the people that you have to deal with while doing your job don't accept it.
