Atm drive up not working AGAIN but light is green as if it is. Go inside another atm not working and only dispensing 5 dollar bills . Nothing blocked or labeled as not working. VERY FRUSTRATING for the customers! Please get these things fixed. Turn off green light in driveup if not working so people know.

Chase doesn’t take care of its customers. I call every bank to try and get a paper notarized and all banks take care of their customers except for Chase Bank. One branch doesn’t have a notary we get sent to another who says we need to be scheduled for a notary stamp. It’s so ridiculous.

ATMs outside rarely have the ability to dispense cash. That’s incredibly annoying. Parking is sometimes difficult and getting back onto 169th is equally as difficult!

Was a little deterred by the fact that this location didn’t have a drive up business lane, but I was pleased with the service.This location has two drive up atms but to do business with an employee you have to park and go inside.Zuly was the associate who helped me get a cashiers check.She was quick, professional and kind. It was actually the quickest I’ve ever gotten one. I didn’t even have to wait long at all either because there wasn’t a line.I usually get cashiers checks through the drive through at other locations. However, I’ll be coming back to this location instead to get my next one.

Literal dump, just tried to go to the atms outside and they can’t dispense or accept cash and out of 2 inside- one of those is also broken. No parking whatsoever not easy to access .. I’ll never go back to this one yikes I hate it here

Petty. Stole a $30 Facebook settlement check and acted like they were depositing it. Definitely didn't. Don't trust them with any transactions in person.

Nice small Chase bank branch wish they had a larger drive through but it's still convenient and the staff is very polite and very professional.
