“Went in today, 8/31 around 5 pm with my HP Omen 35L I JUST picked up a week ago with power issues after trying to install a secondary 8TB hard drive. We didn't have an appointment, but Olu was able to take my PC back for a cursory look with Griffin. They saw exactly where the issue was and fixed it on the spot, no questions asked! We have been trying to figure out this issue since last night, and it took them barely 10 minutes! Saved my new pc and my sanity all in one go! They were SO AWESOME!!! Long story short, everyone I encountered was amazingly helpful. Esther, Janae, and Richard all helped me navigate the return and exchange and warranty process with so much ease.
