My grandmother took her VHS tapes here to be converted to CDs. The employee told her it would only take a week. He took way longer than promised and made it very difficult to get these important tapes. Then, when we finally received the CDs, they were all clearly scratched and used. I could not recommended this place in good faith -- especially with important material.
