I had a great experience. I needed a storage last minute and James was able to help me and get me squared away quick and easy. I was able to access my unit anytime I needed and my things was safe. Customer service was really great and I would recommend them and keep them in mind if needed in the future.

I recently had to vacate my overpriced storage unit and Rich was a tremendous help showing me all of my options and I picked a slightly larger unit for less money. Rich was very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
