If I could leave a zero star I would. I went in and talked to the manager and we agreed that they would do work for me. I was told that they "ordered" the parts and it was going to be in on Thursday. So I missed work to be there. When I went there on Thursday I was told by another guy that the parts were never ordered and there's no record of theconversation in the system. Then the guy berated me stating that I needed a husband to come in and talk to them.My husband died 4 years ago and then I was told that I don't needed to leave my truck in the shop for about 3 to 4 days to test to see what's wrong with my truck. Now I had my truck in this same shop weeks ago and we already discussed the next fix because it was already tested. I was called a liar and told that I needed a husband to talk for me because a woman doesn't know anything about a truck. How dare you lie and devalue a woman and make fun of her loss!!!!

Had my nephew 2013 malibu LTZ towed to this location very friendly quick and straightforward I got a new ecu from another company and they didn't tell me I needed to get the key fob reprogram. This auto mechanic here instantly checked out my issues and recommended a place had the work done and we are satisfied.

They fixed my flywheel just fine at a reasonable price. But a few weeks later when I took my car in for Climate control issues. They charged the air and it worked intermittently just like before I took it in. I took it back, they said it was fine, still intermittent, I figured it was the relay and I would fix it myself when I had time. They broke my heater climate control and they took an hour just to try to put the knob back on. it came off the next day. They tried to glue it on. I can't put another knob on because of the glue it on. They damaged the dashboard too. I called to complain. He didn't know anything about it. He couldn't ask ask other workers who worked on it? His response was "if we can't fix it we can't fix it."

Get info before going in. If you get an estimate get a name to ensure you keep the price bec I'm not sure they charge the same across the bird depending on what you need and the vehicle you have.

Took my car in for a new muffler based on a co-worker's recommendation. The quote was about $50 more than another place I checked, but I felt like the tech at Elite actually listened to me. I also asked them to looked at the blower motor for the heat/ac based on a known issue that we have tried to fix on our own twice.Not only was my vehicle done in just a few hours, it came in at less than what was quoted.It was amazing to leave there with a quiet, heated vehicle!The counter rep was friendly and listened and they kept me informed every step of the way.
