I went there to get my car looked at for a transmission line leak and they broke my car lighter/Bluetooth plug in and disconnected my back up camera for car and left it like that told me they won’t charge me 80$ cause they didn’t even touch car but in Reality they broke stuff and left it broke called them and they denied all of it

If I can give 0 stars they literally drain my transmission on purpose and try to say I have a leak when I brought it in for brake change and rotors I have photo proof of my car never leaking any oil

This place is great my in-laws have been coming here for years so they introduced me to this place. Throughout the years I've spent$5,000 or more here on multiple fixes. Not only are they very fair and honest trustworthy people they are men of their word.

The attendant had an attitude. I asked for a oil change and he asked if I had the a/c on cuz the motor was accelerated. He then said I'll ck it but you'll have to pay 80.00. I asked to ck radiator? Yes he said with a bad attitude.... I said ... I'll ck it somewhere else. He said...whatever suits u... Lost a customer

I paid exactly $2,062.74 I asked them to look over everything just for me to get told at the Duke of oil I have a transmission leak 😭 I could rip my hair out rn 😭Just for me to call and ask to look at it THE SAME DAY I picked it up just to be told they want $80.00 to look at it again 😭 I’m gonna leave pics below cause what the?? I guess this is what they do to women 😴

Brought my car for I tune up and car went down 60 days. I was out of work and couldn't back to the shop. Recently had it looked at. ALL CODES COMING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED WITH TUNE UP. I WAS CHARGED $800 TO STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS.

This place over charges you and takes forever ever to fix your car. I was charged $750 just for labor and was told to put in a radiator that takes 4 hours when it really only takes about 2 hours. They overcharge for labor by such a large amount that your warranty will refuse to pay the whole amount, and I have gotten my car fixed at the dealership, and the warranty covered everything.
