High Impact towing really bailed me out when I needed it most. I was struggling to get ahold of any towing companies based in Chicago, and high impact picked up the phone immediately when I called.
Raúl came out in less time than estimated, towed me all the way from NWI back to Chicago, and was able to flawlessly park my car back into my spot in a back alley full of trash cans, other cars, etc. He was super friendly and made the whole predicament way less chaotic, which I endlessly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend

Answer the phone right away and gave a very good price. Got to my car very quick and got it and me off the expressway very quick.would use again and definitely recommend very professional

Excellent service and showed up earlier than expected. Very kind and considerate the gentleman that was helping me had the AC blaring for me and my little puppy for a ride back home.

Josh and his team did an excellent job for me. They replaced some brackets on the rear window of my old explorer, and I anticipated the window would break in the process (based on my online research). However, they were extremely careful and were able to do the job without damaging the window, saving me money. Quick turnaround, highly efficient, reasonable pricing, and a high level of professionalism! Would highly recommend.

Car broke down about 3 miles from home and I needed a tow. It was 11:30pm on a Thursday. I called High Impact and they showed up within 20 mins and had my car loaded on the flatbed and dropped off at my home within another 40 minutes. Very fast and professional service. Paid $90. I will use them again if I need to.

My van AND my car wouldn't start due to cold weather . They can right out and got me going. The driver was VERY courteous, prompt, called to inform me of his arrival just great . I will keep their number in my phone in cases ever needed again and will refer them to anyone who needs a This Truck for their services . Thanks guys

A few weeks ago I had to have my car towed. The dispatcher Junior really looked out for me, I called them from Chicago. Tow truck driver met me at the train station towed my car to destination. Both were very nice, very fast and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Quick, friendly, efficient service. Answered all my questions. Came at the exact time they estimated. Price was supreme! Best tow prices around and they have high quality equipment and trucks. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They turned what was a stressful time into an easy quick process. I couldn’t appreciate them more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
