I’ve been a client with this company for many many years. This location has been my location since I moved to Hammond. I went in to apply for an emerald loan. I get it every year in November before the holidays and in January when I have my taxes prepared. Well this time Bonnie did my application she put wrong information in and I was denied. She resubmitted it without completing the first application and I was denied again. So in the mean time I’ve been getting the runaround from the district manager. I’m no longer taking my taxes to this company. And I highly suggest those that do don’t let Bonnie W do your taxes.

Terrible professionalism, customer abuse, they lie, the agents are poorly prepared, they make mistakes when doing the job and then do not step forward to help solve the problem. I have done taxes with this company for more than 6 years and the truth is that I do not have good experience with them. It is still the time that my wife paid $420 and they still have not sent the documents to the IRS. We called for an appointment and the partner gave us The appointment on a Sunday is incredible how much mistreatment of the client.

Me and my husband appointment today with Mr. Forte was very enjoyable. We always have a nice refreshing conversation with him every year. He will be truly missed , he told us he's retiring this year. We have been his clients for 19 years and it's been great talking to him every year. We wish him well after his retirement with his wife. Thanks for all the wonderful years.
