Horrible customer service. Bought a starter however was unable to install or test because of it being a boat generator. Upon installing it was faulty and melted wires on first crank. Contacted company and wouldn’t exchange or anything. Only gives you 30days. Even sent pic on new starter I scratched or anything. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN!

I would never do business with this company again. Lost money on the entire purchase after THEY sent me the a defective product.
In the email when we agreed, they said the board is NEW.
after we receive a defective one they said we told you it is NEW OLD stock.
and they refused to return the item.

I spoke to a very nice customer service agent (sorry, don't remember her name) who told me the price for the bulbs they supply to Amazon are 1/2 price if I order it direct from Interlight. So, in addition to the bulbs I bought from Amazon, I decided to order 2 more directly from Interlight. I give the 50PAR20/NFL/H - 1BB37E3 Light bulb 5+ stars. They work #1 and #2, they work quite well. I have an Allure Range Hood. My home was built in 1985 and I am not the original owner so, I don't know if the original Range Hood made by Allure is the original Range Hood (?). Because of the price of the bulbs from Amazon, I was considering replacing the range hood since I could not find replacement bulbs on my own. So I began my lightbulb journey with the bulb to be replaced in hand. My first stop on the replacement lightbulb journey was Lowes. I asked for help and the sales person recommended something that was close so I tried those. No luck so back to the store to return them. Then I went to Home Depot. The sales person there gave me 4 different options to try. All were unfortunately not fitting just right so it was back to Home Depot to return them. Finally, I went to a professional lighting store in Tyson's Corner Virginia. Most people that live in this area know how awful the traffic can be there but I thought they would have the right bulb. I was sold two lightbulbs by the sales person assuring me they would work. Off I went with hopeful anticipation they would work. Nope! So I went back to the store in Tyson's Corner and returned them. So I thought, I'll try the lightbulbs from Amazon and see what happens, what Have I got to loose except $150. I got them, put them in and prayed. Low and behold, they work! When speaking to the Interlight Customer Service person, she answered my questions including my question about how to used them. When you use them, turn them on for a long as you need them. Don't turn them off and back on again say 5 minutes later. They will wear out more quickly if you do that. Doing so does something to the Mercury in the bulb. The package the bulbs came in has this nomenclature 50PAR20/NFL/H - 1BB37E3. That is very important when you are looking for these specific bulbs so I learned. $75 a piece from Amazon, $35 a piece from Interlight - Amazon more expensive than another merchant? Imagine that. Thanks Interlight :-)

The company failed to communicate that there was an issue with shipping. After waiting for a couple of weeks with no updates, I had to reach out myself, only to wait several more weeks for the order to arrive—despite having paid $10 for shipping. Very disappointing experience.

We started to use them as a distributor for certain lighting products. I have ordered specialty bulbs from them and found a few with manufacturing defects before installation and they replaced them with a simple and smooth process. InterlightUS has shown great communication and competitive pricing. Keep up the good work.

I spoke with Amber. I am revising my poor review. Amber is professional and quick to respond. I did purchase 4 bulbs however 2 were ordered from Amazon. Amber is on the job and I know everything will work out. I apologize for the initial review. I was annoyed with the faulty product. I know how difficult it is to make it in business today. They sent the wrong bulb. Getting them to resolve this is like pulling teeth. I'll probably have to file an A to Z Amazon pay claim to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

I placed order 81170 with Interlight with $54.60 "UPS Expedited Shipping." The tracking number provided was CH212012647US through USPS not UPS which delivered to a "collection point." The collection point address was not given and when I asked for assistance multiple times from Interlight, I was told to call the post office to find out where it is. 0 out of 5 customer service.

If I could do no stars I would! Bought a starter for an escavotor in February, and installed late March. Less then 6 starts and it's broke already. Cheap parts from overseas! Machine stuck at job now. Called about warranty and was told " No warranty" only 30 day return policy. If you need quality parts then look elsewhere. The price wasn't any better then other places that will back up the parts they sell.

I recently written a bad review for this company because I thought they had double charged my account for a single purchase. However I've changed my review because after working with their claims department, they helped walk me through the process of working with eBay on getting my refund taken care of. I would definitely purchase directly through them next time.
Wow even after changing my review to 5 star review because of a weird mixup with ebay. Which I have two receipts showing money paid to the same exact company and address. I was able to get a refund through eBay. It may not make sense to you, but I have the proof and I sent it to your company and to ebay. I'll still keep the review as 5 stars, since the issue may not have been the fault of the company.

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a light from them for my refrigerator. There was no indication on the website that it was not made by my refrigerator's manufacturer, and no different part number. When the light came it was a completely different warmth than the others in my refrigerator, so the brightness of the light is very noticeably different.
I called Interlight and they told me that they reserve the right to substitute a different light as long as it will fit, regardless of the warmth. They won't refund my original shipping cost and I have to pay for return shipping. What a waste of time and money.

I was looking for a light bulb that supported an earlier model of Verilux Happy Light. I could not find it on Verilux's website, and got a Google search saying Interlightus. com had it. I typed in the exact light bulb model. Interlightus showed the exact model. I bought it and paid the $15 on shipping. When I received the bulb, it was DAMAR and, while attempting to install it, it broke in my hand. Not only did they send me the incorrect bulb, they also provided misleading information on their website. I wrote their customer service explaining what happened, and requesting either a refund or an accurate replacement. The representative, named Brandy, had no empathy. She said I should have had realistic expectations, and that such a risk came with ordering generic, replacement products: "That unfortunately is the risk when purchasing aftermarket product. Since the bulb automatically broke upon you installing into your fixture, unfortunately there is no further action we are able to assist with. We are unable to issue a full refund. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Have a great day." Those were her exact words. Obviously, her poor customer service was worth a bad review on Yelp and on Google. She disagreed, saying she took customer service very seriously. That was the first time and the last time I ever bought an item from that company.
