I bought an $800 set of BABS and all the shells in the set were duds. About 60 shells. So I waited a few days to cool down before I called. I called and asked for a replacement for the fireworks even stating that I would bring them in but the response was. “What are you trying to do? All sales are final and that day was a long time ago. We won’t do anything for you. Goodbye.” I was in shock and now Krazy Kaplan’s has totally lost my business for the future and I’m going to tell people to not go with this business.

This place has great deals however the not all the fireworks go off. Say for example you set off a 100 shot solute, only 70 go off
