The car wash leaves the cars looking soapier than a foam party. Twenty dollars down the soapy drain.

Scammers. This place shows a discount for car wash purchases, like nearly every gas station... except, this place ONLY gives you the discount if you buy their most expensive wash.Worse, their cheapest wash is $2 more than literally every other place. The only warning that the discount is for ONLY the $15 wash, is in very small letters on the price sign, way too small for a driver to read it.Obviously this is done on purpose, and that's why I say they're scammers.

Very poor customer service. The machines/pumps outside are malfunctioning constantly. The trash is always piled up and the vacuum area is both dirty and broken down, it's hard to find a functioning vacuum. This location is newly built and already is in bad shape.

There is always a long line in this gas station. It is 3 people in the back working and only 1 working the register. They rather put up cigarettes then take care of customers. The customer service here sucks so bad

At 12:20pm today (12/24/2019), I went to this gas station to buy cigarettes and fill my car with gas. So, I went into the store to pay for both. My card was charged for the gas, but when I got to the pump, it was not working. So, I went back into the store to explain to this African American, hairy, wolfman (who I'm sure was named Lil Jon OR Tyrone) at the second register that the pump was not working. At the same time, the African American lady at register one, with the Buckwheat hairdo, says, "There's an issue with the pumps, and we can't do anything about it. We're just going to have to charge the customers again, and then let the additional charge drop off." This annoyed me, so I said, "No one was talking to you, and I am not going to allow you to charge me 50 dollars for 25 dollars' worth of gas." I then looked at my Chase app, and I told Lil Jon that they had already charged me $25. I then heard a wolfman Jack voice coming through his hairy face saying, "Well, there's nothing I can do about that. I don't control the pump." This was unacceptable to me, so I asked him to find someone that can actually help me, so that I'm not charged twice. Again, he gave me a "deer in headlights" look and said, "We have nothing to do with the pumps, and there's nothing we can do about it." I reiterated that they DO, in fact have something to do with it because THEY are the ones making the transaction. He then says to me, "It's not my fault that you're too stupid to use a pump". I found this to be both unacceptable and hilarious at the same time. Unacceptable because, how dare you speak to a customer this way?! But also, hilarious because, after all, this dude is working at a gas station, for crying out loud. I mean really... you're calling me stupid? When you obviously got your high school diploma at the Dollar Tree? I demanded a receipt, which he gave me. Now this could've redeemed his unprofessional, sorry excuse for customer service, however, he followed it up with, "Are you going to get gas or not? Because I have other customers waiting in line. If you're not going to get gas, then get out of my line!" Again, I was appalled that Lil Jon with the boot legged high school diploma would speak to a paying customer in this manner. I finally ended up telling him that I would get the gas myself, since obviously everyone at this gas station is incompetent, disrespectful, and down right belligerent. If you have a minimum grade school education, DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION! Your head will hurt, because the mind-numbing stupidity of these so-called workers will make you want to stab yourself in the eyeball with a very blunt object. Take your chances!

I have been coming to this gas station for more than 10 years and know many people that have as well. I mostly come for the car wash deal that they have. This place has gone downhill over the years. Half the pumps are covered with bags and unusable. When you do find one that isn't covered, the buttons are messed up and unusable so you have to look for another pump. Many people I know can agree on that.Today I had a very bad experience at this gas station. It was very cold outside and windy so after I put the pump in to pump gas into my car I waited in my car away from the cold. I was waiting for the "click" when it stops automatically like it normally does when the tank is full like every pump I've ever been to does. This time it didnt stop when it was full and I started to hear something outside and I stepped out and gas was spilling from the nozzle. I'm not entirely sure but it looked like the nozzle on the pump was loose or broke. I then went to release the handle and pulled it out as quickly as possible and put it back in its holster. I got gas on my hand and feet which after a while felt like they were on fire. I checked my tank and it was full. I went inside to tell the employees what happened and that their pump was messed up and about 5 gallons of gas spilled out. The cashier called the manager I assume and then offered me a free $10 car wash but that wasn't good enough for me. That was about $15 of mine gone and wasted because of a faulty nozzle. The other cashier jumped in and was being rude and had an angry tone to her voice towards me as if I was an idiot. She kept saying that I should've been outside taking care of the pump. She said that's what she would have done, again trying to make me feel like an idiot. It was about 28°F outside and windy with very very light snowfall. EVERYONE did the same thing and waited in their cars until the pump clicked and stopped automatically because it was cold and windy. If it was nicer outside sure I would've stayed outside but it wasn't! All I wanted was to be compensated for this but instead recieved very bad customer service from the other cashier woman. The 1st one was just trying to be helpful and wasn't rude.Overall, worse experience I've ever had at a gas station and I'll be making sure that I tell everyone I know about this.

So there's a shift change that takes place every night. They chose for a time. Then are suppose to open at 10. You look inside and the attendants are laughing and having convos. At 1015 they still hadn't opened back up. Still inside having convos and laughing. It's negative 3 degrees outside. Smh. This station has gone down considerably.
