This afternoon my family and I went to return the air conditioner that we purchased the previous day for $199. After closer inspection we found the air conditioner was only 5000 BTU so we wanted to return it for the sale item air conditioner of $199 for 8500 BTU. I talked to mike and the store manager and he was extremely dismissive and telling us there was nothing he could do about the false advertising that was going on. My family and I decided to get a refund. As a black man I refuse to shop where my money is not appreciate it, also I fill sorry for the black people that are employed there, it must be miserable .

This is a Joke right? I understand you need security because of so many people with so much drama and the rebate programs being so confusing but the security in place here is taking themselves entirely too serious. I shorted my self one $2 dollar bag of compost I shouldn’t have to spend an hour of my time in administration just let me get the bag. No thanks keep the $2 bag it’s a candidate for your intracolonic storage

Normally a great experience, but the checkout process took a long time and I was third in line. The cashier's breath matched her attitude - bad. I've never been impressed with Chicago, so I'll take it as an indicator that even John Menard can't get good employees in Chicago.
