Emeralds is the BEST employee around. Great problem solver. And fast to determine problems. Never a long wait when she is here. She can even wait on 2 customers at once to keep everyone satisfied.

Great customer service edit 8-23 service has gone downhill and they called the police on me for sleeping in my car! I switched to cricket and got better phones for a cheaper monthly price, better service and HBO Max for free. Go to cricket next door.
