I recently was charged $86.73 by t-mobile as a debit from my account fraudulently as I do not have service with t-mobile. My daughter and I had gone to the Hammond Indiana location to purchase phones .When we got home my daughter decided she didn't want the phone so I went back and returned the phones. This occurred 9 July. I was informed by the manager that everything was canceled and would not see ANY further charges. Imagine my surprise when I checked my account 27 July and I saw this amount was stolen from my account by t-mobile. Mind you I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income. I called t-mobile customer service immediately and received the runaround. To explain this in detail I spoke with a supervisor in customer service named Jordan who informed me the ONLY way they can return the money they stole from my account is to provide a 6 digit code to an account I don't have or waste my gas and time to go to the Hammond t-mobile and see they can provide the password to an account I don't have. Why t-mobile chooses to steal from non customers is reprehensible and I am sharing this review so maybe someone else will not have money stolen from them by t-mobile

No service. Came to this location on Saturday 12:00 p.m. No one was there. Only a note saying they will be back with mo time or how long they'll be gone. No one answered the phone.

You get what you pay for. T mobile is better but more expensive. Metro has no customer service.

I had the worst experience Sunday 4:30 went into a store. Rep. Was on the phone told she be right with me. She then took more time for a survey. She stay behind counter for me. And Answer Questions. 2spanish guys walked in She spoke to them in Spanish. Guy demanded he was in a hurry and wanted help. to buy a phone and the other guy a charger. She left counter to show off and get charger for the second man. She told me she was going to help them but there might not time to help me. Even though I came in first by several minutes before them she rather help them. She then started to set up man with a new phone. I told her I was leaving. Walked to my car and I saw her standing at the window waving at me. Glad to see me leave. I received very poor customer service. It's worth going to corporate store not this franchise store. I will tell everyone to avoid this store. I like Metro PCS not this store. This rep or associate put bad taste in my mouth.

They close at 8pm supposedly. I parked at 7:45 and the lights were on with a lady inside. I walked to the door and the lights were off and the door locked. The lady still inside didn't come to the door when I knocked. I had called earlier to make sure they had the phone and asked what time they close today.

I had an emergency I needed my service transferred to a cell I had on me so it was easy they saw me check to see if it was open and while I got my purse from my car which took 1 min they hurried up closed the store 20 min early just to avoid helping out another customer never going there again!!!!

This is a really great location if you want good service I was having a problem with my phone and the worker Elaine was very helpful, she fixed the issue with my phone not only was she nice and courteous she took out her time to put her attention to me as a customer and help me out employees she's the reason I keep my metro.

Women that was there was constantly on her phone, she had no social skills, she took forever even though no one was in store. But she did take the time to constantly respond to her messages on her personal phone. Will not be retuening to this store...
