O’Reillys is my choice when the big three companies are all within blocks of one another. My local O’Reilly store has some of the most friendly, knowledgeable customer service attendants. Then their prices are very competitive.

(Shay) at 169th in hammond indiana was so helpful and I will be back to shop for my car needs she cares about the customer's and she actually kept me calm during a very stressful situation with the car, this isvery rare. Business places needs more people like (shay )

Went there in the morning around 8am and there machines computers were all down. So they left the worker out there on the floor to vin for herself. She was very nice. The lady that was on the floor. The other two manager and or worker went back in the office and never came back out to help me at all.

Thanks to the team at Oreilly #6468 in Hammond, In. My trailer broke a hub on a 20 hr trip 3 hrs from home. They got my nephew all set up and Alyssa even called to let me know optional products to get him home. Again, special thanks to your crew and as a former Oreilly team member, this is how the culture should truly be.
