Whatever they used on my toe nails caused my WHOLE toe nail to fall off!!! I’ve never had this happen until I came here for the first time.

I have been coming to this nail salon for nearly a year. .
Normally I am very pleased with the fast service and I love that they gave themselves an upgraded spa like setting in a new location. With that being said I am very disappointed with the way I saw they all treated this beautiful dark skinned queen who had only not only told the nail tech who did her feet that he needed to correct something he did wrong (but he doesn't speak much English) and he just continued on and didn't correct it. What he did was take another customer the moment he was "done".(I personally saw customer after customer come in while she patiently waited for him after finishing and she just got fed up,so she got up&she walked over to me & asked my opinion.(She sat two chairs away next to her friend she knew )I told her the truth.Yes, they're uneven". Can you believe my nail tech doing my nails had the nerve to chime in and say,"It's $5.00 extra!.. it's not that many people here that do acrylic.."?Oh yeah? Is that so ? How'bout she sat right on the front then she moved to sit at the 1st pedicure chair and by then, after all the unnecessary waiting and grumbling under the breath a few minutes later someone finally got tired of hearing my mouth and the lady next to me talking about how,"we don't understand why it's taking so long to get someone to fix the problem.?"
A different guy jumped in and finally serviced this beautiful queen. (Although it should be noted that it was at least one person sitting around for over an hour that I couldn't sort out if he was "on the clock "or not?I was there for 90+mins)
I didn't like how you all treated this whole entire situation. Unfortunately?as an result I will have to find another nail shop to patronized (From now on don't be racist,be kind to all)❤️

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I was waiting for eye brows and damn near waited an hour and no service, no one was checking on me or anything. Never again!

Rude service, demanded money upfront and that allows them to not care about the quality of their work. Nails looked terrible, thick, crooked, and like toe nails for finger nails didn't even put top coat. And the audacity blame it on the customer because they didn't speak English. Asked for them to fix their mess and they wanted to charge for the service. Spoke to the manager and although the results spoke for themselves, he just made excuses and blamed it on the nail beds. Will not be going there again and advise others not to give their hard-earned money either.

Do they have citizen ship ?? Because they are rude t customers the chairs dont work at all some one needs to come investigate this shop and ask if r proof of a citizen ship from every employee there how dear any of them be rude and ignorant to child ? r any one that can simply report them of course the shop is dirty and did not complete my toes correctly today the dried up bail polish came off 2 times charged me 30 for rip off paint and also should contact the health department and the city t investigation this company proper proof of owner ship and business proof as well

I love Pro nails. This is the first shop I went to when we moved out here. They're always early and get right to the customers. Sam does my nails, and she takes her time and does them correctly!

I've been going to this nail shop for 10 years now. I love it here , all the staff is so nice, at least I thought they were. Recently I went got my nails done as I would normally do on the weekend. My nail tech John did my nails, he told me my fragrance is giving him an headache . I've been wearing this fragrance for over 15 years now and I've never heard of it giving anyone a headache. Besides it's only an oil and the bottle usually last me almost a year. After getting my nails done, my sister comes in which is not uncommon because we often get our nails done together. I ended up leaving before my sister, and when I did my sister Informed that the nail tech JOHN who was currently doing her nails as well talked real bad about me. My sister told me JOHN told her everyone at the shops Hates my fragrance and it's smells awful and everybody knows me when I come in. I was livid hearing this, I've never disrespected anyone in that shop ever I've always smiled and spoked to everyone who works there. I can't believe that JOHN would talk bad about me to my own sister. Needless to say I will not be going to this nail shop anymore hat type of business talks about their clients who've been faithfully giving them business for 10 years. This really makes me sad, I really loved this nail shop
