Never got a call back yo find out how much the cars cost to rent guy answer the phone didn't give his name all he said was hello I'll call you back in 10 minutes 20 minutes pass and still no call how can he he didn't even ask for my number jerk

Called to inquire about their renting to own that I read about and whoever answered the phone…which he didn’t state his name because he was unprofessional but he was very rude and short with me. I haven't rented with them but I damn sure wouldn’t even deal with these people for renting or buying a car

By Far the best car rental experience in NWI. Fast and courteous and very professional. They got me into a rental for a really good value and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely use this location for all my future rental needs.

Someone rented a car in my name from this place and they refused to help me. They were very nasty, rude, and short to me when I called regarding a letter from collections, but they assisted my Caucasian husband. Everyone should be treated equally. I have never been to this place which leads me to believe scammers do business here

Price was reasonable and car was okay. However, air-conditioner did not work. When I returned the car he apologized for the non-working AC and said “we’ll make it up to you the next time”….. Say what?? I rent a car maybe once every 5 years. Make it up to me NOW. Will not recommend.

Excellent and quick customer service! I was in and out in under 20 minutes for rental and return.Update 2019: I've since purchased a car from there and am well pleased.Another update 2022: Bought another car!!!

Absolutely love this business! The fastest process ever for car rental and return was fast as well. I've rented two cars a week apart from each other and they were both clean and smelled fresh. The price for renting a car is the cheapest I've found. 10 an hour but 45 a day; one car I had for a week and the price was a little over 200 I believe. Deposit is 200 for credit card. 250 for debit card (YOU DO GET IT BACK ONCE THE VEHICLE IS TURNED BACK IN, BACK ON YOUR CARD). Because the cars are used (I believe Enterprise buys new cars to rent), if a customer hears anything out of the ordinary, call rent a wreck to let them know what you are hearing and they will switch out the vehicle for another (this happened to my parents and they were able to switch vehicles). I did not have to do that though because both vehicles I rented drove beautifully. Ray is so personable. If he does not already know (which I believe he does), I will keep renting vehicles from him and his establishment.

I still have not received my final receipt and the car was turned in last Saturday. I returned the car a day early and did not use it for that 2nd day. Not only did they keep my driver’s license and not even call me to let me know they had accidentally done so (until after I called them in the afternoon the following day), when I arrived to pick up the car for my reserved time they were closed and the hours listed on your website were not correct at all. The person who assisted me with the car then puts an additional over 250 deposit onto my credit card even though I was told according to the website in person that I would only need a certain amount to be paid. The person who assisted me not only told me that I should not have come to that location because they have new and better cars in Burbank and next time to call them directly instead of going through Travelocity because it would have been cheaper. I was inconvenienced from the beginning unfortunately and I rented the car to drive to my great aunt’s funeral. Oh and I forgot to mention - how unprofessional it was that I had to return the car key and pick up my license- that they kept and did not apologize for keeping I almost was not going to be able to drive at all by the way- from the gas station next door. How unprofessional and ghetto was that????? And I have been charged but given no receipt from you all. On top of the fact that there was a water bottle in the car from the last trip I’m assuming (not a big deal except that let's me know it was not cleaned prior to my renting it in these COVID times, the hatch would not open, the driver floor mat did not match and was sliding around, it was all scuffed up on the outside (didn't really care because again I rented it for it to drive not stunt in it), and the back left passenger handle frame on the inside of the car was sticking out….which I also reported to you all…. But literally nothing is being done and once again I don’t have a receipt as to what even the final charge is. It’s unacceptable all around. More can be done but it hasn’t. It’s unacceptable. Please send a copy of the final charges because someone needs to be reported. And you are right I should NOT have rented a car from this location and I NEVER WILL AGAIN. Highly inconvenienced multiple times and no accommodations were made or any apologies issued.IT won't let me reply to your reply @Rent A Wreck but they lied because I called and lvm for them. A woman did call back in the afternoon and left me a vm.. VM was not full and will be emailing you as well. I have used a different Rent a Wreck in the past and it was a much more pleasant experience than this one.

Went in and the process was faster than any rental place I have been. The vehicle was decent and smelled fresh. Return was a little slow because someone was ahead of me and the guy was alone. Overall a good place to go. I will be back if I need a rental in a pinch. I left a package in the car and he called me to pick it up. Thank you!!

first off i called at 10 am to reserve a car for me and my family the short guy that works "manager" told me on the phone its $65 some per day with tax and insurance i get there they hit me with the $95 per day plus a $100 deposit no problem i said then they charged my credit card $290.05 and said it declined i showed them on my bank app its pending he told me that will cleaar had to call my bank because it didnt then he asked for a debt card i said yes i have that too i provided it he asked for $200 deposit NOW and he wants to charge me for 4 days when i only needed the car for 2 days so long story short save your money and time BAD SERVICEthe short guy that refused my service ASKS me for proof of address like a nipsco bill he is pathetic and judges people went to hertz got me good car unlike this junky place foreal %100

Friendly staff and the prices were fair considering it was a last minute rental. No hassle or unreasonable requirements . I was quickly in and out. Will use them again
