The service department was very slow with doing an oil change... It shouldn't take an hour for an oil change. And the ladies checking me in told me that is the usual wait time. I'll just stick to going to Jiffy Lube... in and out. Other than that, I'll recommend someone to buy a car there but not get service done.

Jeff was amazing! He contacted me regarding the vehicle I wanted and set up an appointment with me the same day! Jeff was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Jeff has a great personality and was very knowledgeable. Jeff was able to get me into the vehicle I inquired about and was accommodating. If I ever decide to purchase another vehicle I would definitely go back to Jeff! Jeff is absolutely the best!!!

Worst place I ever went to look for a car. The salesman was talking loud so everyone could hear my financial business so after I realized what he was doing I begin to play him. I never let him know that I was putting down $12,000 on a car. I just wanted to see how he was going to treat me as a customer and he treated me so wrong and so rude so I left. And then he called me the next day trying to get me to come back. I informed him that I purchased another car somewhere else and that I put $12,000 down on the car I also informed him that the next time someone comes into the dealership he needs to learn how to be respectful towards the customer, and not judge a book by its cover because you never know what's on those pages and because he did not know he missed out on his commission. It's people like him that give car salesmen a bad reputation so Smith Chevrolet you need to handle that.

Very unprofessional took my vehicle for an inspection which should have been a couple hours turned into a few days Without Any Communication what so Ever they NEVER Called to Let me Know what was going on I had to constantly contact them. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT SHOP AGAIN!
