2nd time in a row my husband and I went to this location because their app and 2 different websites showed their price as one price. When we got there, price was 20 cents higher than advertised.

I went here yesterday to use my speedy rewards to get gift cards as well as purchase gift cards for Christmas gifts and after ringing up all my gift cards they were not able to complete the transaction and couldn't figure out why. Unfortunately my speedy points were gone from my account as well as $110 from my bank account. I was told this would all re-appear within in the hour. If it didn't i could come back today while the manager Josey was there and she would fix it and I could pick up all of my gift cards. When I call Josey she said she can only fix the gift cards I paid for not the ones I used my speedy reward to purchase. I have to call the number on my speedy rewards card but today is xmas eve and they are closed. So basically they had an issue with their cash register and now I am out $130in gift cards as well as tge points used to get them and Josey is not willing to fix the problem.

So I went to visit this store earlier today around 4pm. Crystal and another associate (Connor) told me that I could not reload my gift card or purchase one. Both associates stated that it was NOW a corporate policy and that only a manager could do it. They claimed that their manager Heather (a name I doubt is the manager), had left at 2pm today so the rest of the day no one was allowed to reload or purchase any gift cards. I tried to contact Speedway customer service at first and then I went to purchase my gas and used the remaining balance from that gift card. I also paid at the pump to fill up my tank. Then I thought about the entire network of Speedway and went to test this new theory of not reloading or purchasing gift cards. I left this location 7345 Kennedy and drive to 6845 Calumet and reloaded my gift card. You only have one time to lie about a situation to me. I will never shop this location again. I, like many other people, patronize Speedway and cherish the point system in place, however with stunts like this, I will gladly go where my money and time is appreciated and valued.

We waited 30 mins for them to “ clean “ all that was done was garbage taken out and floor mopped . If you take a look at the pop machine you can see the mold/ mildew growing on the ice button imagine what the inside of the pop caps look like. This place is filthy , never any lids for cups everything is so disgusting. 30 mins CLEANING and NOTHING WAS CLEANED!!
