My hair turned out nothing like the photo I showed the hairstylist. The picture I showed had the front slicked back with loose curls. I tried trusting the process just for her to have teased much of my hair and have given me TIGHT curls. The next day when I proceeded to wash my hair there was still some clips in my hair from which she used to hold the curl together while she did the rest of my hair. This all cost 130 for a hairstyle that was not what I wanted.

Left my hair WAY too short. Absolutely not what I asked for. Second time coming here and they still couldn’t get it right. Please don’t come here. I was gonna get highlights and was told the estimate of $280. Seriously?! My hair is already short and botched why so much for highlights on short hair.
Edit: what exactly can you do to make this better?

Prices are lies and I asked if they knew how to cut curly hair. I said please cut in long layers. I got short layers so now I look like a curly haired child.

Went here for the first time asked for a bobcut and the lady (ANA) did not know how to do one I seen she was nervous but it was too late to stop her my hair is so uneven I have long and short strands the lady was nice but you can’t do a haircut just say so don’t mess up people’s hair never going back

Very good service, very friendly, I went to get my hair dyed, my wife was very happy, my daughter was very happy, my son was also very happy since they have been gone for a long time, but I personally am dissatisfied since I ordered it white and it turned out brown, I don't know what happened.
