“Honest reviewer here, these men do hard work. Not sure what the avg price is to loosen 15 lug nuts that are jammed on to the rim. But when you’ve got to break out a sledge hammer for each tire just because your impact failed, that alone tells me you’re determined and requires recognition. All in all, the lug nuts were removed for $25 bucks. Only downside was that they didn’t have the tires I needed on hand. I would definitely come back though.”

“Fantastic. These guys came through in a big way. We were halfway through our 5 hour road trip on a Sunday night when we popped a tire. They sent a guy over to help put a spare on and then we followed him back to the shop for a fix. Ended up getting a new tire and stayed open after closing time to finish the job. “I was passing through Hammond on a road trip and had to get one of my wheel bearings replaced. I was given the name of Complete Auto Repair by a server at a restaurant the night before. I couldn't be happier! They got me in first thing in the morning, and I was back on the road by noon. Urial, the tech, took the time to show me the extent of my issue and provided advice for the rest of my trip. I was entertained by lively conversation on linguistics among other things, and Bob even asked that I call back to let him know when I finish my journey safely. Price seemed high, but I think it's more a sign of the times than anything. It was 100% worth it for some peace of mind while driving thousands of miles. This is a wonderful, small shop that made me feel like family in less than 3 hours!”
