This Is My 3rd Time Going To TNS Auto Group To Have My Vehicle Repaired After An Accident. Once Again, I Was Very Pleased With The Work That Was Done, My Car Looks Great!! This Time Around, I Worked With Frank; He Was Awesome!! He Was Very Helpful, Informative, And He Kept Me Updated On Everything Going On With The Repairs Of My Vehicle From Beginning To End; I Appreciated That About Him. I Would Highly Recommend TNS Auto Collision. I Honestly Doubt I'd Ever Go To Another Auto Body Shop Again. Loyal Customer Here!!!

Frank was incredible from start to finish. My car was almost entirely damaged and by the time they were done with the repairs it looked better than the day I bought it! He communicated and updated me and worked with me throughout the entire process. I really felt taken care of. They went above and beyond, even fixing little things we didn't ask/expect them to. Those details really add up on top of the excellent repair work and customer service. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you Frank!!!

Trust me If you come TNS to fix ur car, u def gonna regret it. My car was fixed at August but they still missing few pieces, until now they still didn't call me yet, everytime I called them they just said they didn't get it yet, still gotta wait

This place sucks so bad, took my car in for over 6 weeks, charged me $1500 for rental car without my authorization, randomly took off some of my car parts so my car continues to have problem now. Worst of all, they didn't completely fix my car as promised after 6 weeks. Stay away from this horrible place, headaches for 2 months and stealing money from me when it was the company's fault for taking too long to fix my car.

Very happy with all aspects of this company . Danny & crew were amazing throughout the whole process. They even detailed my vehicle. Quality work. Professionalism, communicative through the whole process. I hope I do not have a need for their services, but if I do that's the place to go.

I am never taking my car to anyone else again. TNS was very thorough in assessing the damage to my car from a side swipe and in explaining to me what the costs associated were. As an authorized GEICO repair shop, everything was handled by the shop and the claims adjuster and I was filled in every step of the way. They even had a rental ready for me on-site. I got my car back earlier than expected and they did an amazing job, especially the color matching since my car is a unique color. God forbid that we are ever in another collision, but if we are, TNS will be our go to repair shop!

This past October 2020. My Audi was struck on the driver side door and rear left quarter panel. Geico recommended TNS Auto Collisions to take care of the repair. These people are extremely unprofessional, No communication was made at any point while they had my car hostage foe 34 days. I stopped by TNS to check on the status of the car, I kept getting the run around, I see my car sitting in the shop along with at least 25 other cars not being worked on. They assured me at least 3 to 5 times that it will be finished in 2 to 3 days. This went on for 3 weeks. I finally get my car back after 34 days just to see my car filthy inside, the engine bay look as it went through desert storm, scratches on my trunk lid, my driver side door not closing correctly. I returned the next day to TNS to show them the damage they caused. They acknowledged the damage and asked me to return the next day so they can take care of it. I come the next say and the saud they could not fix my car that day and asked me to come back the following week. I obliged them but this nonsense when on 3 times before I flipped out on them and said that they did not respect my time and they were just giving me the run around again. They took the car in at 9am after I flipped out and said it would be done by 5pm. I arrived at 4:45pm of course the car was not ready. I waited for 2 hours and finally recieved my car. I stupidly did not inspect the entire car. When I went to get my car out of my garage the next day I see my Carbon Fiber Lip Spoiler cracked in half. I just had enough of these people that I gave up. I know they would have said it wasn't them and that it was there already. They already gave me the song and dance a few other things they broke (Dash Cam) and lost ( Tire pressure monitoring sensor). Stay Away From this Place if you value your car and sanity.

I brought my car there and it was returned to me not fixed. After several visits and many calls I am getting runaround. They can't fix issue and are not resolving after 2 months. They need to send to dealer to fix but they are playing games. Be careful. I will post when/if this is resolved. They guarantee work but now they are invisible. Looks like I may have to sue or contact insurance company to have them take them on.

This past June 2020 (Of Course) a tree fell on my car and damaged the hood,bumper,windshield and a few other dents...I called my insurance and I was given the top 3 Geico certified shops so I went with this one,I am so glad I did because the work was amazing. I was afraid they wouldn't exactly match the paint since the car is a 2016...the entire work looks as though nothing ever happened. Customer service was awesome,Jason was amazing and I was kept in the loop of the work being done the whole time. I would recommend this place without question,Great service and even better body work...Thanks Guys!

DO NOT go here if you like being tossed around and disrespected. GEICO recommended this body shop when my car was involved in a hit-and-run. After being inspected by the insurance adjuster, I paid the deductible and got quoted about one week to possibly two weeks for the repairs to be completed. The workers did not seem to want to be helpful when I had questions. They were too busy joking around and chatting with each other, in the shop and in the front of the shop. I spent almost three hours waiting in the shop for them to put things in order. They ended up taking nearly 4 weeks long to complete. I had work to do and I needed my car back ASAP so they offered to pay for a rental. Ironically after offering to pay for a rental car with Enterprise that also works in their shop, they suddenly worked at superhuman speeds and called me back the next day that the repairs were finished. Sadly, none of this was in writing and they did not honor their word. I had to pay for the rental myself. So not only were they dishonest about their work ethics, they did not even completely finish the job! My wheels were unaligned and unrotated. I couldn't drive it, I had to wait another hour after arriving for pickup for them to send it to get fixed. They left GARBAGE, actual GARBAGE in my trunk, along with my damaged parts. Not only that but they called me a month later to ask if I would be willing to bring the car in for inspection for GEICO so they could prove that they did more work than what was quoted so they could claim more money from GEICO. After all that trouble, they dared to ask me to return to get them more money from the work they did. Work that wasn't even as "perfect" as they claim and others seem to claim. The hood wasn't aligned right and has a huge gap between the fender as opposed to the side that was undamaged. TNS & 63 Auto Body are of the same people. Both are immoral and dishonest. They only prioritize nicer cars and cars of friends.

Had my mirror replaced at TNS. They are very professional and not pushy like some other auto body shops. Jason was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely bring my car or future cars to them for all body work needs.
