This place shouldn’t be able to call their store Verizon. They’re an authorized retailer shop that allowed to sell Verizon products. The cooperate office even tells other customers that they can’t help because they’re not apart of Verizon. So beware when buying a product here they will just put you in a spin cycle, ignore your calls, and can’t give you a direct answer. How does this place even stay open! Highly would not recommend this place.

DO NOT COME TO THIS VERIZON. It’s not even a real Verizon, it’s an authorized retailer shop that can sell Verizon products. The real Verizon said they scam people all the time and can’t help you if you buy a product from them. Second, the customer service is HORRIBLE. They tell you lies to buy the product.
