We've been shopping at this Walgreens (Columbia & 165th) for over 20 years, because of the helpful and cheerful employees.

My experiences EVERYTIME I come into this Walgreens is so bad. They love to follow you around the store just because of the color of your skin. They will eye you down when you’re using the atm to use YOUR OWN card. It’s always the older group who discriminate. I remember one time coming in and they ACCUSED a gentlemen of stealing and later found out he didn’t steal simply because he was African American. Police officer cleared him as well. I hate coming to this Walgreens because of that. Any other Walgreens near NEVER gives me problems, JUST this one.

Why would the pharmacy staff lie right to my face about my insurance preventing them from filling my prescription? All Walgreen Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff suck.

Cashier followed me through the store and openly accused me of stealing when I came in here very late at night.I’m from out of town and didn’t know there were laws about hours of beer purchase. So I tried to buy some with my wife, while already kinda tipsy. The woman was so uptight and it was like 4 am so we tried joking around with her. I was like (and let me just say this is actually in the training at WAG) “I worked for Walgreens and I actually know it’s against policy to approach and accuse a customer of stealing, so I could just take this and you really can’t do anything”….let me tell you that was a mistake. She called the POLICE!!! My wife was laughing at the whole thing just making more jokes and I was like OMG stop, let me just BUY, not steal, a pack of cigarettes and LEAVE!So she checks me out, like girl called the cops for me stealing and then took my money???? we walk out the door and hop in our Uber who is super nice waiting for us.Now we’re leaving the parking lot and like 3 cops show up and corner my Uber. The driver is like ????????? And I explain to him and the cop(s) what happened inside.Cops search me and my wife for stolen merch but come up empty handed. My Uber driver received the largest tip ever for having to deal with that and it became the most traumatic and expensive trip I’ve had to Walgreens since I paid for my RX out of pocket there when I was 12.Not sure what made the cashier act that way, but I do know maybe she shouldn’t be alone in a 24 hour store.

I came here for stamps and trading cards but I was told by an employee that all the sports cards are bought by the manager so whatever he doesn't by that's was l what is on shelves and I was told by another Walgreens employee that her manger puts away sports cards for another manager from a different store but customer service was on point that's huge to me
