The Manager Pharmacist retired and there is an new robotic pharmacist, deaf by choice( she does not listen )and a technician -Hispanic lady that can’t breathe or talk properly! The service has gone down ! Jovon the young guy is pretty good and
listens to the patients! Dont go when he is not there because its too much confusion and delays!

I've been coming here for years I live close by and it's been a good experience. All staff are great especially night crew that's run by Chris and she's always helpful and very nice!!!! Chris has always helped and motivated me in down times. As I am a door dasher and a regular customer I prefer coming here than the other 3 Hammond stores

My experiences EVERYTIME I come into this Walgreens is so bad. They love to follow you around the store just because of the color of your skin. They will eye you down when you’re using the atm to use YOUR OWN card. It’s always the older group who discriminate. I remember one time coming in and they ACCUSED a gentlemen of stealing and later found out he didn’t steal simply because he was African American. Police officer cleared him as well. I hate coming to this Walgreens because of that. Any other Walgreens near NEVER gives me problems, JUST this one.

Why would the pharmacy staff lie right to my face about my insurance preventing them from filling my prescription? All Walgreen Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff suck.
