“We had a package that we needed desperately for a medical emergency. Gwen went above and beyond helping us find this package. The label and address were wrong and she still found the box! We literally wouldn’t be able to move forward with a surgery if it was not for her incredible customer service skills!”

“Michelle is awesome. That's the only reason for the five star review. The new clerk needs to be a little better trained. The new clerk needs to STOP sending packages and other mail back to the senders. There are times that we get mail that can't be delivered to a PO box number and we have no choice but to put our house address on there. It's almost like a punishment to those who have to have a PO box number. There's enough people that live in town to set up delivery to the houses.”
