“I have been a lifelong John Deere guy. If it wasn't green, then it wasn't for me. However, like many of you, my needs for equipment has changed over time. When I started doing research, I started to get upset because I realized that I was paying a high price for green paint. After months of serious deep sole searching, I decided to look at Kioti. Even though I have not lived in the area for 16 years, I always purchased my equipment from dealers in my hometown area. I landed on Straubs because they had Kioti and they were in my hometown area. The salesman Mike answered all my questions even as elementary as they may have been, but he knew they were important to me. He even allowed me to talk with their head mechanic Danny for an hour or so about my concerns. He even allowed me time with their knowledgeable parts manager Casey about part availability since Kioti doesn't have as big of a dealership base as JD. With all my pertinent information answered, I made the plunge into my first non JD product. I have to say that it has been an enjoyable experience. Parts are sent to my home at my request since I am 1.5 hours from the dealership, neatly packaged and correct. That parts manager is on the ball. I have had questions in servicing my equipment when referencing the manual that Danny or Mike has been able to answer quickly and correctly. They always say the dealership is just as important as the product and that is a dead on statement. I highly recommend the knowledgeable staff at Straubs, they made a believer out of me. I never felt pressure in buying their products or felt like that my questions were stupid or insulting. Buy from Straubs and you will see the difference.”

“Now I will say this place does do the best to get you in and out the receptionist Kathy is VERY POLITE this is my 2nd time coming here for a minor issue and it was addressed and solved
But now where I do have a small issue that caused me some time this morning whoever did my airline replacement FORGOT to put the seal back on the airline running from the tractor I had to wait from 330am till 730am to get the issue taken care of I called at 715am Kathy once again answered told her problem she had the shop formen come out took him like 5 minutes to fix my issue
