I had to make an unexpected move which left me scrambling to find a temporary storage solution. I called several places before finding this place. After speaking to Michelle I decided trust her company will everything I own. Michelle and her company did a great job of making the best out of a very stressful situation. First class customer service.

UPDATE: I received a phone call regarding my review. I was told a manager would contact me on Monday 9-25-23, to try to come up with a resolution. I have not receieved a call from the manager as of today. 9-29-23Ok, I have had a storage unit at this location ( and Kouts) for YEARS. the prices keep going up and up and up to where it is not affordable anymore. I got locked in there because the gate wouldnt open at 11:00AM! I called and spoke to someone in Florida who was super sweet, but she coudnt get ahold of anyone local to get me out. The best advice was to call the cops so they can try to get me out and or climb the fence that is barb wired..... Then a month later I get another notice the monthly cost is going up another 30.00! I need to find someplace that is more cost effective and not raising rates every 6 months to a year.....

Great and easy service right through the phone. Storage is right around the corner gave me my code and a free lock. Everything was fast easy and very convenient. Definitely can’t beat the price either! Great experience! I recommend it!

What they have is in nice shape what they don't have is the problem. They don't have electricity that you can plug into with your own light they have lights but they face outwards away from you the unit on one side of the row and half of them aren't working they don't have a bathroom porter potty nothing and they don't have a dumpster. This not to mention that you do not have 24 hour access to your stuff which is a big deal to me because I feel like a child rushing home so I don't get in trouble trying to get out of here some nights. I work most of the day every day and I don't have all day every day to be out here the best I can do sometimes is get here at 8 pm but that only gives me a couple hours and if I'm not out by ten the gate locks and your car and you are stuck inside till 6 am.

Very clean, no rats or mice. Furniture was kept dry and clean for over 2.5 years. The employees are helpful and professional. Nice and sage storage area. Will use again if needed

I'd been a great experience working with Danielle to get my 15x10 unit at S.R.O.A. Very friendly approach viewing multiple units and selecting the one that best fits my needs. All units are clean and environmentally sound. Driving through is comfortable and easy- plenty of room. location off of 18 is convenient and easily accessible. So far it's been an great experience overall, highly recommend

Great place for all your storage needs except 1.....needs a dumpster where people can throw stuff out!!!This should be a must!I'm sure renters wouldn't mind a couple of bucks to have this amenities!Been there 15 years!

I mistakenly rented at the wrong location. When. I called for help. Melissa not only transferred me she got me in and I to a unit within minutes all from the phone. She is awesome!!!!!

Sub par facilities, gravel roads poor if any snow removal, no climate control, no interior unit lighting. Used to pay 85 now same unit with zero upgrades but new owners is 115 a month. Paid religiously on time with credit card since 2005. Card expired, poor communications from them no personal touch effort to reach out.. Led to certified Ltd with late fees and pre lien fee of 100.00 total demands of 355.00. This is how they treated us, a 15 yr customer. When weather allows this spring, were out. Much nicer,cheaper facilities out there. Would feel foolish giving them much more money. Just an FYI to others.
