About NITCO
NITCO provides super fast Wi-Fi service that can handle multiple streams, including gaming and 4K TVs. The service started out decent but some customers report problems lately, with internet going on and off. Occasional service loss happens for several minutes at a time. The company is expanding and employees work to keep things running smoothly. Customer service can be very professional, pleasant, and effective at handling situations. However, the service has become quite pricey for some. While there are understandable challenges, the hope is that the service stays strong no matter how many people are using it.

Kevin Quinn was here to connect our 5G fiber. Mark Craig was with him. They were two of the most personable people. Kevin and Mark were very thorough and answered all our questions. I am recommending NITCO, Kevin and Mark to everyone I know. Thank you for such wonderful service!

Had a small hiccup with our internet. Called in, talked to a real person and then was transferred to Paula. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with solving our issue right away! Very grateful!
