Just stopped to get a shower $25 should have got a shower and walked out with the towels this is a rip off have to pay to park and pay to get a shower t a is $17 and some of the pilots and flying j is $18 but I got told it is because the local people is holding the showers up no not at all it is to pat them for them to come in and just pick the towels up and that is it i will never stop in a pilot or flying j again if I do it to leave my garbage in the parking lot

I believe Deeana would greatly benefit from attending a customer service etiquette course. It is important to maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude when interacting with customers, respond to greetings politely, and handle equipment with care. A positive demeanor in the morning can set the tone for the whole team and create a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

Plenty of parking spots it can get messy at night with trucks parking however they please but plenty of spots restroom is clean

Great truck stop, especially if you have a rv or trailer. Plenty of space to park and turn around. And they have cow utter indiana shot glasses 🤣

It's old, it almost has a good food menu.
It almost has enough truck parking.
It doesn't have enough laundry machines.
And the parking lot is very, very rough. Unless you're a bulldozer

Moving cross country and they let me take my car into the bathroom and have his meds, everywhere else said no. 5 minutes in and out, excellent service!
