I reserved a unit then filled out the lease paid the fee I was given the unit # gate code but not the address. The only address for Hebron in the address turned out to be the wrong address for our unit. I called the office but they were closed. We put our things in a unit # the same as ours. The following day I called to find out what I should do but it can take 24 to 48 hours for a response. Then I went to the other Site and our unit was already in use with a lock on it and there was NO GATE! Again I called and was told I had to talk to a site manager. I tried explaining that we had a trailer full of items that needed to be put in a unit and couldn't they transfer me to a different unit near where we had already put the first load but again I was told that I had to speak to site manager! At one point I told them to cancel my unit that I would go somewhere else but was disconnected. When I called back again I talked to a customer service representative and she said that I had been transferred to the unit we put our things in by mistake. Which is both good and bad because it is a bigger unit than we need and cost more but we needed a unit right away. The units are nice but communication needs to be better.

Trying to get out of your storage locker is impossible you can't talk to anybody on the phone it's just the automated system wanting your money and they're not getting my money! If no one can answer my phone calls at the main office which is the Hebron office then how am I supposed to cancel this stupid storage unit?! Terrible. I got connected to another customer while trying to get answers about canceling my storage I have no idea how this happens but I am getting very irritated with the whole situation and I will probably never have another storage unit again! Oh and not to mention when I initially wanted my storage unit it was in the four seasons and it was already being used So then they transferred me to Hebron so I didn't even want a storage unit in Hebron as it is! Literally wish I could give zero stars because this place is garbage! I don't know how they stay in business.

I had the pleasure of working with Matthew over the phone for my rental and he was always professional and patient waiting for paperwork to come in by email and worked with me making sure I understand the contract.

First time renting with them. I had a awful experience. Went to the office to rent a unit because I was paying cash. The lady behind the desk was very nice but didn't know what she was doing. She also doesn't know the area very well too. She gave me a unit told me it was in Bristol. Drove all the way there to find out she put me in a unit 70 miles away. So I called and got someone in FL telling me she can't do anything that I had to gobback to the office. Went back told her what happened. She gives me another unit supposedly at the same place but this time I explained to her that until is not in Bristol but Elkhart. I get to the right storage place only to find out the unit she gamevhas a lock on it. Called FL again. They gave me a new unit I was able to use but I had to go back to the office on Monday morning to get the paperwork straightened out. I got prorated for my unit by 9 dollars. And that was by the district manager. They helped me the best way they could but I will never rent through them again.

I needed a spot to store my camper outdoors. They told me to go to the Hebron office in Hebron (20 min away)to show proof of Insurance on camper and do paperwork. I did. There was no office at the Hebron location. They then told me to drive to the DeMotte office and someone would be there or they would be out in the yard. I drove 35 more minutes further and no one was there. I called the number on the office door and the woman said she was 2 towns away and would be there in about 40 more minutes. Eventually a woman that was off that day came anyway and got me signed up. I drove 45 min back home had my son pull the camper to Hebron and someone was in our spot. We found an open space and parked it. I told them that I was not coming back out to move it if they gave me a different spot. The weeds were everywhere as tall as my waist and sticker bushes where I had to walk after parking the camper. No fun with flip flops on. Not a good experience at all. The yard needs cleaned badly and more gravel put down. They did give me 1 free month rent.
