I lost my dog about 3 weeks ago and have been waiting on memorial plaque .Well it came today and the twisted it to get in box and bent the freaking medal.🤬I never have problems before but this hurt.

There is a particular woman here that is generally unkind and unhelpful. Not sure USPS anywhere has much better to offer but I’ll take my chances and drive anywhere else but here in the future even though this is less than 5 minutes from the house. Happy Saturday

Have had so many things broken because it’s just shoved in the mailbox to the point where o have to rip open packages to get them out.
