********************* is a completely incompetent, She has had my taxes 6 month's, she doesn't return phone call's, she hasn't filed my return. She literally takes months . I wanted my forms sent back to me, so I can have someone else do them, she won't return them either. , I've warned her I would be forced to report them stolen, and turn her into the ***** I have done both thing's, let the chips fall where they may. Do NOT use this lady do so your taxes. You've been warned! It's a nightmare, my husband passed away , and I needed these done. I have zero respect for anyone stealing your tax forms ( Not returning legal documents is a crime) and I've filed all options I had. Good luck with that ****!
