I have read many of the experiences at the location in Highland good and bad. I'm kind of surprised at the bad experiences. I did however experienced my lashes falling off in 3 days and I thought it was me due to my lack of experience wearing them. Nevertheless the manager fixed them for me with no hesitation and I appreciated her understanding. The lash techs are amazing and professional. The pricing point is what I thought you would expect to pay, unless you apply them yourself. So far I'm happy with my experience there and I hope to continue to do so.

I was very upset because my eyelashes started falling out the first night just on my left side. And I was going to Jamaica the next day. While I was in Jamaica I did call. After I got back I called again and my. lashes was fixed with no hesitation. I don't know what the problem was cause I sleep on my right side. But I'm happy

Honeyyyyyy terminating business with these people is just as confusing and convoluted as doing business with them. I tried to cancel my membership that I purchased in highland IN at the Aurora location. I’m a truck driver and work OTR and frequent multiple locations. I was told in Aurora that they would email a form I could fill out on my phone. Nope, I had to print it out and email it back or come into a location. …. In my line of work that’s really inconvenient so yea I never got around to it ….. I called highland to see why they keep trying to charge me especially since I spoke with a human about cancellation. I was told different locations don’t communicate with each other but when I first bought the membership in IN and went to IL they sure did communicate to get that money!!! And honey they actually sent me to collections for this. Which is odd since I haven’t used them. But whatever……..What’s the point of having clients create personalized files if you are not gonna Taylor their experience?…….its a money grab from entrance to exit…………. The techs are great I suggest they do work outside of ALS cause the company code of ethics is trash.

KREE puts the AMAZING in AMAZING LASH STUDIO! She does my lashes so quick. I am always in and out. She is so friendly and I love talking with her. Her lash retention is spot on and my lashes are so full. She makes the membership worth it! ❤️

Not only do the lashes fall out after a week, but to make matters worse, they still attempt to charge my credit card (happened just today) for the service that was cancelled well over a year ago and I will now have to take the time to dispute with my bank card company. Do not trust these people.

Eyelashes was off after 3 days manager did nothing about it ..I contacted corporate interesting how every comment about lashes falling out is by an African American women .. the manager told me because my appointment was only an hour and 30 minutes long and I did not allow a extra 30 minutes because I had to go pick up my son. That’s why my eyelashes fell off as if 30 minutes was going to make my eyelashes stay on longer. Racist store

Horrible experience here, very expensive, I paid $144 to receive a full set of volume lashes, and even signed up for a membership, 5 days later the lashes start falling off, randomly, while driving, working, eating, cooking, it was embarrassing. Usually, I brush the lashes out in the morning and don't have that issue during the day, but I don't have to worry about this until 2 weeks post application, with my normal lash tech who is on maternity leave. I called, and complained and was told if I want better retention I have to pay more so I can receive the service from a master technician. Which is ridiculous, I've already paid $144 for 1 week of individual lashes, and now their charging extra just so I can pay a person who can do a better job. I canceled my membership.

Kree was completely awesome I was not a fan of being a model especially when somehow it was confused and I wasn't there for that I was there for a classic set for $99 but I ended up in the model chair thankfully kree tried her best to fix it the next day also if I am on a recording they should have explained exactly what was going to happen and I guarantee that is not on the recording I am glad they looked nice for Thanksgiving even if they fell out in a week

Just started getting my lashes done by this studio and the first appointment was very cold and back hurt but lashes was neatly done and stayed on pretty good 3 weeks later got a refill by time I got home they started to fall off by day 3 I had no lashes so I called to have a new set and I didn’t get any problems I’m on day 2 of the new set and lashes are falling everywhere I was driving and a lash fell into my eye almost crashed so many random lashes just keep falling off also bout products for lashes I explained burned my eyes and no composition for that at all bought more products none of them even work for what they say they are for I’m not sure if it’s just this studio but I don’t recommend just off my experience also I asked for eyebrow tinting lady at front desk said and I quote since u have dark skin it want show up like mines would so it’s a waist of money I didn’t ask for her opinion I was trying to get another service
