Angela's Beauty Supply in Highland, IN is a great beauty supply store offering quality and affordable hair care supplies. It is a preferred beauty shop for all beauty needs with a very big selection of stuff and a great selection of beauty items. They always have what customers need, including semi permanent colors. The owner is amazing and knows his stuff, and there is a friendly staff on hand to give helpful hair care and beauty tips. However, some aspects of the store need to be dealt with. The inside of the store has unopened boxes and a lot of the products on the shelves are expired. It is good if you know exactly what you are coming for. Additionally, some customers report that the staff will constantly ask if help is needed and, if a customer declines, multiple people may follow them around the store after more than ten minutes. This has been a repeated experience for some, despite their intentions only to pay for everything. The store's hours of operation are good.
They just increased prices on hair dyes, before was $4, now they cost $5, was the only reason I’m was buying there, now I’m going back to target and buy it for the same price and get the $5 off when I spend $30 on beauty products.

I was just there for the first time a few weeks ago, as I needed some hair gel. The young lady who helped me find it was really nice, as was the cashier.
