I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy, but Jay took his time checking if my battery could be charged and when it couldn't he looked it up to see if it was under warranty. I was ready to buy a new one and because of his help finding my warranty I actually got a new one and some money back! The guys in this store never disappoint.

Telling you right now, I have a very expensive car. I brought it down here and Caleb immediately took care of me and the crew. He came out direct me on what I needed for my car as a professional and I’m very happy with his services right now he’s actually putting the blades on for me LED bulbs in my car and my Viper is very happy as long as long as I am so come on down to Highland Auto. Make sure you see Caleb and crew absolutely made me feel special and made it easy to spend money.

Came to this autozone and Rick Mason the parts manager helped me. Not only did he get me the right wrench but also helped me when I came back and needed help getting a nasty bolt out. Went above and beyond to help me. This is the only Autozone I’ll come to. Thank you again. Give this guy a raise.👍🏾
Update: Still 5 Stars!! Came in tonight and a young man name Junior took time out to help me get a nasty stuck bolt from my license plate. Eventually he got it. I’m happy with this store. I’ve received nothing but great service!

They wouldn't let me pick up an order, but they were all for letting me cancel the order (that wasn't mine) and buy the parts myself.
I had 2 autozone orders to pick up at different locations for my brother. At this location, 2 guys wouldn't let me pick up the part unless I had his ID and card that he paid with. Okay, fine. They said if we had the same last name, then they would have let me take it. We have different dads. Apparently, autozone only lives in a perfect world where related people have the same last names. They made me feel like my brother and I weren't family at all. After I called my brother to update him, I went back in to double check what I needed. A lady worker rudely interrupted and changed the story, saying I needed to bring my brother in. I asked if I could just buy the part and cancel his order, and that's what we did. Also, she asked for my number, looked up something, and said, "Nothing is showing up." She never said she needed my number to look up anything. I can't read your mind. Communicate!!!
So I guess you can't pick up stuff for people, but you sure can cancel their orders! Okay! Make it make sense. The first guy I interacted with was very kind, and you can tell he was apologetic. He was the only nice thing about this whole thing. Went to the next Autozone, and they gave me my brothers order with no problem (no ID, no card, no asking of my last name, or needing him in person). What a joke.

I purchased break pads for the front for my car I brought the old pads back for core charge return fee the Brother told me that it would go back to my card in ten days after ten days the money never returned and I lost my receipt, I went up there and questioned them about the situation and whoever the thief is delete my purchase out of the system I remember the guy I just don't have my receipt because if I did I will be up there throwing him around that store I don't like a petty thief..

Domonte j tested and replaced my battery also suggested I get an oil for my cables after spending an hour at Walmart to test my battery just to get upset and leave. It was nice to walk into autozone have help right away. I will be back for any future work.
