I Was stressed because I broke my phone but Jesi was able to help me pick out a brand new phone and help me recover my contacts and pictures. I am glad because I had a lot of memories and pictures but Jesi was able to really help me out thanks again jess!!!!

Went in to pay our bill, the bank only gave me 100.00 bill and 2 20s. When we walked in the lady said “give me on minute” really rudely. I waited 15 minutes while she was on the phone having a personal conversation with the caller. Then came out still rude as can be!!! She took my 140.00, put the 40.00 in the cash drawer and then proceeded to tell me she can’t take the 100.00 bill after marking it with the special pen. It didn’t turn color to show fake or not then she proceeded to say we can’t take the 100s with out the blue strip. She ONLY handed me the 100.00 back not the 40.00 that she put in the drawer. When I asked for the 40.00 back cause she wouldn’t take the 100.00 for the rest of the bill she huffed hard! Like she didn’t want to give it back!

Awesome service here at boost , I usually go to 169th but they were busy so I came here to upgrade to my new phone! Young man helped me get into my Google and help me get my photos and contacts over! Will be back

Excellent customer service! I had a couple questions about my phone and things that boost mobile offers! Sam answered all of my questions very clearly and with a great attitude! Will definitely be coming back if i have more questions.
