I do not recommend this bank for either business or personal accounts. The experience my company had with this bank's Business Accounts was horrendous. The Highland Branch's VP of business is rude and immature. This bank COST our company money AND unnecessary STRESS. WARNING DO MOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!I

The worst bank I've ever dealt with. They have no problem overcharging you for every bit of service they provide. SCAMMERS!!!

Go down the street to the Martha location. Have had issues with this branch since I opened an account with it. The ladies down the street if you must will take better care of you than this location which DOES NOT have a drive thru NOR an outdoor ATM. Literally no reason to go to this location when the one down the street either direction (One on 45th in Munster too) are a million times better. Unfortunately I opened an account here & that account was messed up since day one & this branch apparently can make up the rules of how my money & account is handled. Will never be back & hope no one else is either.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! Three Strikes for me, Centier's out. I have had issues with this bank since I was forced to open it at this Highland Branch due to it being a previous employer's bank (Screwed over by that job paywise, go figure). At the beginning of the pandemic (Late February-March 2020), I became unemployed. I watched my money carefully. At $20 left in my account I was charged my first overdraft fee which caused my ABOVE $0 minimal purchases to cost $35 a pop. That being said, I disputed it & A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, fees were refunded finally. Fast forward to Strike 2 in November 2021, Centier DELETED deposits in my account that cleared & THEN charged me overdraft fees. After calling them they explained it was a bank processing error & apologized to my surprise & refunded the fees. I gave them another shot. Big mistake & should have closed my account then. December 2021, I had 2 charges hit my account that should not have. Told Centier that it would cause an overdraft & I wired money to my account instantly that would cover it until the mistaken charges refunded back (They have), but Centier charged me overdraft fees anyway & are actually USING THEIR MISTAKES AGAINST ME & WILL NOT REFUND $105 IN FEES. My money to cover the charges would have left quite a chunk of money leftover BUT it is held up due to fees thanks to my real charges processing out of order of occurrence (another issue but not even a problem compared to the asinine fees). I Can't make any headway & sadly my branch ladies at every other branch but this Highland one (which without a Drive Thru or outdoor ATM was pointless to open an account with since I never went back there & definitely would have preferred my face to faces to be with the people I knew instead of "Branch of account". Those other branch ladies at Hammond, Highland down the street, & Griffith where I closed my account we're the only saving grace. (Still waiting on my fees returned via check to be deposited in my REAL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ACCOUNT) This is a poorly run, not customer focused corporation/operation. Definitely moved on to a better bank & cannot say enough how horrible this bank is to it's customers on the phone with their "policies". Not worth anyone's time, hassle, or money.

This particular Centier branch is amazing. Emily C. Prieto was a life saver in helping me wire funds from my savings account to purchase a home and helped me get excessive information to an underwriter with a short deadline This branch quickly addressed my problems, and were very friendly throughout the process.Furthermore, their retirement/investment department staffed with Mr. Alan Swingler has been helpful not only to me as a lawyer but also for our mutual clients. I can't say enough great things about this branch. Keep up the good work.

This so called "bank" has no security. Hackers know that they use actual people on the back end who by the way are not at work on the weekends . This so called "bank" will allow hackers to remove funds from your bank account and they will never give you a heads up to say hey, a hacker just removed a substantial amount of funds from your checking. We just thought you would like to know. 14 business Days before you get your money back.
