I had been having a difficult time finding the car I wanted for a few weeks. I live in Illinois so I didn't think to expand my search to Indiana but I'm so glad I did. I contacted the dealership early in the morning, Kathy assisted me patiently and addressed all of my questions clearly. We were able to complete the transaction remotely with ease. By the time I made it to the dealership my car was ready to go! Kathy was on point, she gave me an in depth tutorial of available features in the car and provided amazing service. Love my new Envista!

I came in for my appointment and my vehicle was damaged. It appears as though when the service rep drove my car inside he rubbed it against something because there were white scratches on both sides of my truck. Of course it was denied and nothing was done to resolve the issue. I’m highly disappointed and don’t think I will return to that location to service my vehicle again.Edit: First of all nobody “tried” anything. The poles to the service door that you drive through are white so go review that video. The fact that was your unprofessional response says more than needed. I don’t have to lie on a review for what when it brings me no reward. You guys are pathetic business people and unprofessional.

At first I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted. I had a smooth and easy car buying experience. I was able to call in, confirm they had the car I wanted, and complete the transaction over the phone. I made to the dealership and my car was ready to go. Kathy did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. Love my new Envista!

This dealership is terrible. The sales people are liars and cheats. I went to purchase a 2024 Envista which there are three on the lot. I had a trade which the Kelly's listed at 20,000. They tried to get over on me with my trade. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this dealer. They are shady and unethical. How are they still in business!

Friendly Staff and overall very informative. I was a bit disappointed while driving away in my new Denali Ultimate XL with 4.9 miles on it, to notice the windows, sunroof, etc were super dirty and not cleaned well. I further discovered some glue marks on the driver's side door arm rest, center console, and other places throughout the vehicle. My feedback is more about paying attention to detail for the consumer. Other than that, I recommend Circle Buick...just ask them to make sure your new car is clean before driving it off the lot:)

They didn't do what they said they was going to do. Was charged $20 for a tire rotation that didn't take care of issue. Was told if I had any problems with the truck they would take care of it. No I am not happy with the service or the experience. I will not purchase again from here nor will I recommend

Best car buying experience! Called them up, found the vehicle, transferred funds, vehicle was delivered several days later and 3 hours away.From start to finish Kathy Woods was awesome to work with. Hit her up if your needing a new ride.

Bryan Druktenis was an amazing sales associate. Buying a new car can be stressful enough, but Bryan made the process easy and enjoyable. His professionalism and excellent communication skills made it easy to close the sale. Although I had never met Bryan prior to my phone call to inquire about inventory, it felt like I have known him my whole life. That's the mark of a grounded, honest person.Dustin, your financing manager, was also great. He made the financing process easy and painless. Dustin was down to earth and a joy to talk with.Both Bryan and Dustin are a great reflection of what your dealership stands for. Even though I live in the Chicago suburbs, I would definitely purchase another GMC product from your dealership in the future.

Went in to get a grinding noise checked on my truck. After driving it around the dealership to the garage on 2 separate occasions. I was told they took a look and couldn’t find anything or hear the grinding noise. I asked them how could they find anything if the truck never got put on the lift to inspect underneath. Truck was taken around a third time and the garage door was shut so I wasn’t able to observe if anything was done. After being at the dealership they said I would have to leave the truck overnight but don’t have any loaner vehicles and not sure when they will. Sat around for 3 1/2 hours just to be told they can’t do anything. Only reason why my review isn’t less stars is because I wasn’t charged the $160 they quoted me for the inspection.

Bryan was fantastic to work with. He provided the best deal he could right out of the gate. No BS, no playing around. The pick up process was smooth as all paperwork or most of it, was signed virtually. This was my second vehicle I’ve leased from Bryan and Circle, and I will definitely be back.

Hello,I was very disappointed in my service yesterday. I arrived at 12:51 and pulled into the service bay. I sat there for 16 minutes and had to call in to the actual store for someone to acknowledge me. There were two young men walking back and forth one was vaping . They never tried to get my attention to see if I needed anything . There were two other men sitting in the service department. I absolutely did not get acknowledged until I called into the store . Very unacceptable no customer service skills I didn't even value me as a customer at that time. I felt like I was not wanted or valued at GMC In Highland . I spoke with Matt the service manager . I left not being confident that he would speak to his department . Next time I will go back to Valparaiso .

The sales rep was very nice. I didn't have to wait long at all to take care business. I purchased a real nice car. They have a very large selection of cars which are very nice and the prices are reasonable.I definitely recommend Circle Buick.
