Like stepping into a run down town.
You'd think someone aquires a home or business in a decent town You'd exploit it by making things nice.
Nope, not here. They apparently run businesses in slop holes and if its good enough there. It's good enough here.
You can also see the type of clientele as you pass by. Anyone with the slightest bit of class would be a one an done here.
