Marc & Camryn were great! Marc found me in an aisle & asked if I needed help & he helped me find the perfect soccer shin guards & had a small conversation with me about soccer. He’s a very personable person, and very friendly & knowledgeable. Camryn was very helpful at the checkout. Also very friendly. There were 2 other male employees I came across that asked if I needed help and I’m sad I didn’t get their names to give them credit, but both of them were nice as well. Very friendly location, thank you!

Don't even bother calling the store and asking if they have something in stock because I was looking for a certain treadmill and I called to see if they had it at the store so I could see it before ordering it online. They said they had it. I drove all the way to the store to look at it and they don't have the walking treadmill. I was looking for very disappointed and wanted to get a new pair of shoes too but didn't

Plenty of inventory..but not too much for pre teens..mostly adult sizes. and a Lil on the pricy side .

This is a very clean location with fast service. The golf department was not very friendly and placed the wrong sized grip on one of my clubs, which isn’t a huge deal but it would have been better had they been more careful and checked.

Great customer service! The size shoe my son needed was not in stock, so the young man helping us told us we could order them online in the store with free shipping. They also have a good selection of football equipment.

Been here twice for bike work, and each time the older man who works on bikes has had an attitude. I have a Trex and he complained and said I should have not bought it when I came to change my seat. The second time I called over the phone and ask if he could do a tune up he stated yes. I brought my bike in, and he said their booked out a month and want be taken any new bikes, once he saw it was a trex. I stated I just called, I remembered his voice and he lied and said it wasn't him. He hates Trex bikes and always did the same to my other family member who has a Trex. I want ever come back to this location again, too unprofessional. Who talks down on a customer for their bike choice? He literally started acting like my dad, and asked how much I paid, and said I spent too much. I should have bought from him. That's not your job to be critical of the customers and their choices. He definitely needs to take a mental health day.

Got all excited for the double trade in value toward callaway ai smoke. Brought some clubs in for trade in. Dsg Schererville wasn’t offering the same golf club trade in values as the official dsg website which I found extremely irritating. Much lower. Drove all the way there for nothing. Adults can’t use the golf simulator without being babysat. My kids got scolded at for putting on the putting green while we were waiting for help. Putting green needs to be vacuumed. Much better experience at Golf galaxy and white mountain golf shop in orland park. Not going back to dsg schereville for golf clubs anytime soon.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and dismissive when making a return. The cashier completely lacked social skills and couldn’t be bothered to do her own job.
