Rip off. I sold them 10 dvd's in pristine condition the gave me $7.00. Im just rating them by "selling items".

Good variety of retro and modern games at cheaper prices compared to other stores. Customer service for the most part is great, though there was a time someone seemed to have an attitude. I wanted to sell some movies and he was working on something, when he noticed me he seemed bothered to want to help me. Though one employee doesn't define a store, so mostly good service!

This place is a total rip-off if you're trying to sell anything. I had at least $40 worth of old games and DVDs and only got offered $7 for a huge stack. Cashier was rude when explaining to me they only pay a QUARTER per DVD. That should have been disclosed before they even took them from me.

Literally sat in the parking lot for an hour after trying to sell an older console and a few games. Noticing the time, I called in to see if they were done, they forgot to call me as told by William. I went in and they offered me 3.40 after waiting all that time. I politely declined. Customer service…is lacking at this location.
