Incredible customer service! I was in an emergency situation with a blown tire and Discount Tire had 21" in stock when other stores did not. Not only were they in stock, but the employee sold me the tires and brought them to my location at another shop. Incredibly helpful during a stressful time.

Excellent customer service every time. Competitive pricing with price match. Today they managed to pull a 6" piece of metal our of my tire and repaired it. Faster time than they told me.

Their employee is very professional and friendly. I brought my car in because of the nail in my tire. William at the register was very nice and friendly. Samual is also helpful and very nice.
