Was quickly greeted by a gentleman who commiserated the struggles of running a business with me (as I run my own)
Keeping a handle on today’s age employees who don’t know nothing about hard work
I’m assuming he was the manager
Never got a name
But golly me and him shot the shit about the ins and outs of managing a successful business
I have plenty of confidence in today’s morning manager
And I am thrilled there are still younger people out there who slave the retail grind on the weekends for the greater good of all
Of us. !! Great experience !!”

“The store layout is terrible and they never have any diet coke or coke zeros in the fridge, but they do have plenty of Sonic posters! And by the way, I spy with my teeny little eye Reign Storm energy drinks! I'm perplexed why they're at the dollar store, as they're isn't a bad flavor and are high quality, but I'll take it!”

“Popped into store to buy my daughter a juice and was greeted at the door by a kind older man, asked me if i was looking for anything in specific, i said juice he directed me to exactly what i was looking for was able to get in and out with no issues.. must say very clean and shelves very well stocked”

“One of my local go-to places in the area. Lines often get a lil long for the amount of staff working, but the manager is pretty good at handling that. I also like how the manager seems mean to most people, but she's just really no-nonsense, with staff AND customers. “I went in the Family Dollar/Dollar General across from the old Edison School. I usually only come here for emergencies. This particular day, there was a young lady at the register, and she was so nice and customer friendly. I watched her with the customers. She was the same with everyone. It was the type of energy that spreads. Her vibe was happy!! When I got to the register, I told her not to change her energy, because it's rare you find happy people these days, especially in customer service. Normally when you go in the store, there is so much unprofessionalism. Boxes all in the aisles. No one says that you cannot have fun at work, but it is a business. Just be aware of your surroundings regarding your customers. We all know it is "the hood" store, but sadly that's an excuse. We want stores that we feel comfortable and proud to shop in without having to drive a country mile to get that. Corporate also needs to fix their stocking issue, because it's clearly an issue at all of their stores. Go ahead and spend the money and hire a midnight crew for stocking so your customers don't have to maneuver around boxes in the day time, which is a safety issue and trip hazard. You should also hire a crew to unload the trucks on delivery day. The day the truck comes doesn't change. This will help to change the cleanliness of the store during the day and require less re-stocking so your employees can be available to your customers improving customer service. Just an opinion.”

“The store is well stocked. The staff is friendly. I found a cleaner than most. The only downside is the parking, that whole strip mall has become very crowded and parking has become more difficult.”
“This place first time going in here, also made it a second time. I gotta say the young lady at the register is amazing every time I go in she’s pleasant the rest talks amongst each other almost as if your not there in they paychecks automatically appear in there pockets with out customers, anyways I wish I got her name, but I will the next time cause I really appreciate her being a nice soul. Over all the store it’s self it’s okay, clean, and peaceful. I really do appreciate this store being right around home thanks again see you guys soon !!”
“Pretty great family dollar location. have been going here for 15+ years and have minimal complaints throughout. service is consistently great to good. the locations ability to struggle through many disasters, like cars being driven into it and break-ins, and bounce back so efficiently is admirable. serving the community well.”

“Actually, this is one of my favorite dollar trees to go to the Customer Service or I should say the cashiers are very nice. They always reach you with a smile no matter how many people in the store. They keep calm and they treat you nice. The only thing that threw me off this time is this location was they really didn’t have a lot of things to pick from it like they didn’t do stock And I’m not sure why it was like that, but I typically get other things that I could use and stay at to substitute the things that I need it. I wanna thank them for always being nice. Customer Service goes along our way especially at a busy store. I’ll give them two thumbs up.”
