Twice in the last few months the great employees and manager at Highland Best Buy helped me out. Out of a day of trying to do everything at once, (1) I accidentally purchased the wrong filter. They helped me get the right one asap! (2) I made the mistake in thinking I can buy WiFi extenders but the Manager helped me understand the difference in extenders and how to make the most of my WiFi.
On two separate times the great employee and manager made me a repeat customer. Thanks for exceeding my expectations!

Best Buy in Highland must hire people who actually care. We went there to buy a refrigerator since ours was going out. The Lady there was so helpful I felt we got the best for the price. She helped us understand our options.”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the T-Mobile location in Highland, Indiana, on Indianapolis Boulevard, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I drove from Portage, Indiana, specifically because of the excellent service I received during a previous visit. This time, I was looking to purchase new phones for my husband and me, and I’m so glad I made the trip.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Andy, who was absolutely fantastic. Andy was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in providing options that suited our needs. Thanks to his expertise, we walked away with upgraded phones and even decided to switch our internet service, which turned out to be much cheaper than our previous plan with Xfinity.

Moreover, we returned to the same location to get watches, and the excellent service continued. The store is always clean, well-managed, and despite being busy, they handle everything efficiently.

“The store was so nicely lit and carts were easy to push, not like Walmarts carts. So clean and nicely laid out. I go to the Highland Target because I like the CVS PHARMACY inside the Target. The Pharmacy crew are outstanding. So helpful in so many ways. I hate Targets self checkouts. They are job stealers. The way they lined up regular checkouts dumb. Can't get carts and yourself out if some one is checking out in front register. Should have been off set. You will see what I mean when you check out. They never have enough checker.”
