“They are fairly priced and honest people at this location. Before committing to a particularly complicated repair to an old phone I had badly damaged, they let me know upfront that it was not guaranteed to be fully repaired and that there may still be issues and potentially not worth the pricey cost to repair. Unfortunately I had no choice as I was locked out of my apple account and switching services at the same time with a new phone. It was a mess and the damage was my own fault so they did the best they could with it and even gave me a little discount. What they did was enough for me to retrieve everything I needed which was a huge relief. I was very appreciative with their speedy work and honesty and have already been coming here for years and will continue to do so.”

“AMAZING service. I came in for an iPhone phone repair (on Christmas Eve!) and Will had me out the door with a new screen and a new battery in less than 30 minutes. Clean facility, plenty of parking, and super friendly staff. They genuinely wanted to help, and I saw that sentiment with several other customers who came in while I was waiting. I’ve been to other technology repair stores over the years where employees seem disinterested and annoyed - my experience here was WAY better. One parent came in with a broken PlayStation console and the staff were able to - quite literally - save Christmas. Will definitely be back if I ever need another screen replacement or battery replacement or really any other issue with my electronics.”
