“GOOD DAY! .....the service was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! We were greeted well and the service technician told us that the repair would take about 35/45 minutes, about 30 later the repair was complete. Such a great experience I/We recommend CPR (Merrillville) to anyone needing that service. SORRY I CAN'T REMEMBER THE TECHNICIANS NAME.

“Stopped by and seen Rick yesterday December 17th had a cobra 29 ltd(2001) took it in bench test and was asking questions about the tune up that I didn’t no was done when I bought a marketplace purchase and i explained about my antenna issue got me turned up with a echo board hey Rick keep up ur good work I definitely be back done a ten break and took about a hour or so but I know my radio works now (talkback and echo) thanks again Rick happy holidays”

“AMAZING service.
I came in for an iPhone phone repair (on Christmas Eve!) and Will had me out the door with a new screen and a new battery in less than 30 minutes.
Clean facility, plenty of parking, and super friendly staff. They genuinely wanted to help, and I saw that sentiment with several other customers who came in while I was waiting.
I’ve been to other technology repair stores over the years where employees seem disinterested and annoyed - my experience here was WAY better.
One parent came in with a broken PlayStation console and the staff were able to - quite literally - save Christmas.
Will definitely be back if I ever need another screen replacement or battery replacement or really any other issue with my electronics.”
