This is to Commend and Thank Frank Traina of the Ridge Road, Highland, Indiana branch office for his technological skills in setting up my account after numerous fails online. His professional, courteous and very patient logical explanation of how to do it helped tremendously especially for a boomer like me and it gave me confidence to go home and get back online. He is a great asset to Old National Bank. It is a pleasure doing business with him.

I’ve never had a bad experience until today! I didn’t want to write a review but it looks like this is the only way my voice would be heard. I always go to this location or the Griffith location to make cash advance’s into an account no problem.Today I go in and do my typical routine, fill out deposit slip and proceed to the counter. The new young lady (not sure how new but I never seen her) informs me that she may not be able to do the cash advance because I don’t have an account. I insured her that I come and do the same deposit every single month like clock work. She still made me wait till she asked not 1 but 2 other people if it was fine. Okay fine. They confirmed it was fine. Once the young lady took all my information she processes to say she still may not be able to do it if I don’t have a second form of identification with me. I insured her again that I never used a second form of identification, only my drivers license and it has never been a problem. She tells me “well I don’t know you so I can’t just go off this one form”. I asked the other lady who’s always there every single time that I come is it fine if I just do it with her since clearly the problem is not knowing me. She goes to tell me no because the policy has changed and I need two forms. I asked when was the policy updated because I just did the same deposit on January 31st and I have receipts. They both turn to look at eachother and say “Well I don’t know maybe last week”.My point is as an employee I’m sure it’s your job to know policy’s and when they change. To sit in my face and have to constantly question everything I ask about and/or am trying to do is very rude. I also went to the old national in Griffith directly after and had no issues whatsoever about a “policy change”.

Horrible bank. They don't help and are rude. Bank has no fraud help or services to prevent unauthorized charges and when any type of fraud or scam happens they do not want to help you or blame you.

I banked here regularly when I lived in Highland. The staff knows me by name just after a few visits, and always cordial and helpful. Almost never had to wait in line.

Beautiful entrance and extremely warm and pristine lobby. I went in for information and did not get what I needed but was still well informed and very pleased by the warm treatment I was given.

Young lady when asked to give me the balance asked for an ID. Which is the correct thing to do. But, the way she asked was very rude and unfriendly. Don't go to this branch that often use others. But, should be spoken to with respect and with a friendly tone.
